Leica Q2 and the ISO settings

No - but there is very little relevance in setting an intermediate value, as the exposure is easily corrected in postprocessing. Nor is the quality difference discernable in the end result.
ISO is not a primary exposure parameter, but a derivate one. It is only meant to enable you to set your desired primary exposure settings: aperture and shutter speed.
