The Leica S (006) is a good choice from Leica, undisputed (my opinion).

But sometimes I miss an image stabilizer. Are there suitable lenses (AF) that have one?

you mean S lenses with optical image stabilization ????

The best stabilizer is a Series 3 or higher Gitzo…. :)

In all seriousness, unless you are using the S for wide open f/stop work, you will want slow shutter speeds.  Earlier this month I shot in 25 mph winds on the coast with a Series 3 Gitzo and holding it tight, got some 3 second exposures without everything moving.  I would rather have complete control over the S and not let software adjust my image.  I have used the SL2 with stabilization, and it works well, but can also cause some odd things to images with motion..  So, I’d just prefer control at the S level, IMHO.
