The 75 f 1.5 Voigtlander VM is certainly one of my favorite lenses on the CL.. particularly for close-up images.

I've been out walking most days, carrying various different cameras. I went out fairly late the other day (Dec 09) and decided the CL was the right choice to carry since it does so well at elevated ISO settings... This set of photos was made with ISO settings from 100 to 6400. I used the uncoated Zeiss Biotar 40mm f/2 lens that came with my 1939 Berning Robot II, adapted to the CL via no less than three adapters (Robot thread to L39, L39 to M-mount, M Adapter L).

Yes, it's the holidays... LOL!

Enjoy! G

I went out with the CL and the 75 f 1.5 Voigtlander  ..(most likely my favorite lens on the CL.)

I was out walking yesterday as usual and, once in the back lot of the shopping center, these two youngsters saw me snapping a photo of something.. They presumed I was photographing them and started grandstanding for me and the camera. I quickly slammed the aperture to wide open and set a distance on the scale, no time to focus by eye, and snapped just one shot when they lost interest and came over to see what I'd gotten of them:

Done with a Summaron 1:2.8 /35 Leitz (but DIY coding error says Elmarit 2.8 /28 Leitz) 😜

Happy New Year to all.
