Leal Posted February 26, 2021 Share #1 Posted February 26, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I would like to know how bad is this issue. After a night charging my battery, today I got the following message error: "No battery power remains". Battery seems full. My camera is out of warranty and I live in Brazil, and I could not find a camera repair store or something. Please, do you have any tips? Suggestions? Camera is a "D-lux Typ 109" and I have attached a photo of the message. Thanks in advance. Welcome, dear visitor! wda Posted February 27, 2021 Share #2 Posted February 27, 2021 You could try cleaning the camera and battery terminals. Does it work with your spare battery?
Leal Posted February 27, 2021 Author Share #3 Posted February 27, 2021 Hi @wda, Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I have tried cleaning the terminals already without success. Unfortunately I don't have a spare battery to test.

Leal Posted March 19, 2021 Author Share #6 Posted March 19, 2021 I agree that I should have multiple batteries, but I can't afford, right now. I live in a country where we cannot find those easily. And when we find ( because of the dollar / real conversion + taxes + shipping) gets more than 300 usd. And this is a lot of money just for one battery. Is there any other way to test this battery ? With multi meter or oscilloscope, for instance ? I would like to make sure that is a battery issue, before buying a new one. Any other member had this issue?
DaveMo Posted March 19, 2021 Share #7 Posted March 19, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Look for the equivalent Lumix battery as they are considerably cheaper that the Leica branded ones so that might be an option for you.
