I am Marc and as of today the proud and naive owner of a new Leica Q2. I have been into serious photography since about 1975ish when I started with a Zenit B and 58m lens. I got into digital with an early Nikon and between then and now went back to film with a Leica M6 and single 35mm lens. I loved that camera but over time struggled with manual focus. Back to Nikon digital and then in mid 2000's moved to Fuji ending up with a Fuji X-T3, a million or so lenses. filters etc etc and a Fuji X100f. Over the last year I stopped using the X-T3: I got bored with taking a large lens bag with me and solely used the X100F. I remembered my love affair with my M6 and so sold all my Fuji stuff last week and here I am with the Q2. Next step is to trawl through the manual and watch the Leica Australia set up you tube video. I use Capture One for my editing software. I look forward to learning and joining in where I can.
