Missing dial on X series.

Forgive me if it was here before.

It is pity here is no another X anymore. One where missing dial could be added. The distance dial. 

I'm not big fan of analog dials on digital cameras. But X series are all about dials. And here is no any other cameras where it is done this nice and simple.

With distance dial it could be ultimate compact street camera. It looks like difficult to make lens where AF is combined with MF like dial scale where it is not just infinity, two meters and one meter on short distance. 

Sigma came with dial like this on earlier P&S and Ricoh could have it programmed on three sets of modes dial. But both have so-so colors, IMO.

Have you tried the X Vario? The ring on the lens is awesome and the main reason Im not switching to the CL.
