I dropped it off to Sylvain. He said it looked like nothing too bad. The lens looks good, its just the aperture ring that's stiff and doesnt move past F8/F11. He said he would open it this week and try to clean up. 

He didn't seem worried at all and even said it should cost me under 100 euros.
