How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

As many, to me the choice between a SL2 or the SL2-s was a difficult one. In the end I chose the latter, but am hoping the SL3 will combine both MP plus high iso performance.

Sometimes, I would like to have bigger files though, and I also like the xpan format which is with 24mp not the best option.

Recently I bought myself a t/s-e24 (mark i), and with tilting, and then stitching in LR, one could make pano’s or bigger files.

Below my first attempts, very poor as I just took 3 sets of 3 images from my balcony as I was curious about the processing part. The pano’s are both 39mp, and the 4x5 is 54mp.

I need to take care not to make a full tilt, and still need to learn which settings in lr will be best, but I think this will be a nice method, especially since there are two native tilt lenses available from Loawa.

(resizing ruined the sharpness in the first images)
