Thanks. Can you post a 100 percent crop of one of the upper corners? Just to see how the stars look like.

Heidelberg, Germany

A small heaven in this crazy world

Heidelberg is certainly very nice, but not far away is Tübingen, not so touristy and simply more "real"

(only in my opinion)

The last building in the post just above looks a lot less festive than the houses along the river.  Is it government or academe?

it's the University (founded in 1477), in fact the main building called "Neue Aula"

but sorry, my post is in the wrong thread, all images with SL2 without "S"

Tübingen is also nice, I’ve been there quite often to meet friends. Can’t say Heidelberg isn’t as real.

If you mean in terms of number of tourists, I have to agree. But, the small businesses need the tourists. Pluses and minuses.

Until we see threads which distinguish the two SL2's, I don't see why pictures should be segregated.  I sometimes go out with both bodies, a wide angle on one and a short telephoto or 50 on the other..  The pictures are kept in the same session by date.

We might as well merge everything under the original SL image thread, with the photographer making the equipment details known.
