I Just want to call your attention to the fact that you can get a color raw file and a B&W JPG at the same time.  I shoot that way and like having both.  I always have the IR cut filter on to get true color and sleight heightened contrast in the B&W.  A great option in this little camera.

Marumi is another brand of good but inexpensive UV/IR cut filers to keep your blacks from looking magenta.
