A very balanced photo, good framing, light and beautiful colors. the sky, tower and water elements give strength to the photo.

If you come from CL at first, TL2's handling may be a bit strange, but with practice you will get over it. Both cameras are great and work similarly, but the interface is very different.

That's very kind of you, thanks so much for the nice words!

I actually find the handling quite similar from a physical standpoint as my CL was always wearing the Tekiac Stealthcover (which is sadly no longer in production) with its integrated grip. I had some concerns that the aluminium would be quite slippery vs a rubber grip but it's really not and I find it quite comfortable.

We could have saved ourselves the headache and just do a swap 😂

I did like my CL very much but I've got my eyes on an SL2-S, and those funds need to be coming from somewhere.

Shooting the TL2 is certainly interesting; I thought it would take loads of fiddling to get on with the touch controls but, lo and behold, not 24h into having it in my mitts and it's like I've been using it for years. Credit to the fine UX designers of Wetzlar.

That being said, the EVF is in the mail, slowly making its way to me. 😄

It gives me more security to use these:
Protects the camera from possible scratches and slippery less.
Because it was my favorite color, I chose red Ref. 18 580

Monzón is a municipality and Spanish city in the province of Huesca, in the autonomous community of Aragon. It is the head and capital of the Cinca Medio region. More than 17,000 inhabitants.

Mine was a silver one too but with a grey leather half-case.  One of the nicest cameras I've owned.

So I just bought the Sigma 105 DG DN Macro and it's a great lens. I particularly like how it renders the OOF areas and the focus transition. I've posted a couple of macro shots in the macro thread but I thought I'd try a few non-macro shots. I live in The Netherlands so what could be more appropriate than a Tulip as a test subject 😄.

Can I ask why you have rejoined and why you left in the first place, I guess to another system?

I am enjoying using the TL and only bought it as a stop gap until the CL2 becomes available but at the moment I don't see any reason to upgrade.

I tend to chop and change David, part restlessness, and part GAS, and yes went to Fuji with a few iterations of the X-Pro. This latest T was too good to pass up, (GAS again..........), and I'd also re-acquired an SL (more GAS.....), so figured sharing lenses within two similar but vastly different cameras made sense. Of course it doesn't, but that is how I justified it.

If only the lenses weren't so expensive.

Thanks Gary. Funnily enough I went over to the Fuji system and that didn't work for me as well. As I said I am really enjoying the T and as others have mentioned the TL and CL are such capable little cameras they become the 'go to' camera.
