'Dandelions on the Waterfront' - ( I am still learning about the Bokeh on the Heliar 50mm)

Rick, one of the most pleasing bokeh (to my eyes) from my Nikkor lenses is from Nikkor 85 mm. I really very much like this lens, but as you know, it is not always very practical to shoot with 85 mm on a APS-C sensor! ;)

Beautiful day at Prescott Hill Climb In Cheltenham, The Beast of Turin making someone very happy, just goes to show in a very contrasty location that the Leica T can still perform superbly.

From Rolling Thunder to Thunder Storm!

One of the major events during the Memorial Day in Washington DC is the "Rolling Thunder" in which hundreds of thousands bikers, came from all over the US, participate. I just had time to take a few shots before a thunder storm stole the show!

People in Memorial Day parade, Washington DC  (part 1)

I am not a big fan of parades; for me, they all look the same! But I like to go to the field - where they get ready - for a few portrait snaps. Then, when the parade starts, “Adios Amigos”! ;)

These are from May 29, in Washington DC; with Leica T and Nikkor 50 mm, f/1.4

Today the Sun came out a bit so I was able to take my 28mm Zeiss for a walk with the T.  It certainly is sharp with lots of  contrast - however,  it looks to me like it can  out  resolve the 16 meg sensor on the T - I am hoping a new TL body with a 24 meg sensor will come along that will match the resolution capabilities of Leica and Zeiss lenses.  In any event, it was a good first test at my usual waterfront walk.
