Choice of webcams for non-business Zoom use

I am considering buying an independent webcam for participation in Zoom meetings. I would like colour control to set realistic white-balance in mixed or artificial lighting. Have members any advice based on recent purchases during Covid conditions? A quick search showed questions using current Leica digital cameras. I prefer a standalone solution. Popular names like Logitec are in short supply, while many other Asian models add confusion to choice. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I used my Sigma fp, partly because it has output both by USB-C/UWC direct to a laptop or other device (which few other common cameras have), and HDMI. It's small, and you don't need an EVF for a webcam (which it doesn't have). May not be as cheap as you're looking for, but it was handy for me, having both the body and lenses to hand - I used a Summilux-M 35 FLE via M-L adapter.
