SL2 L-LOG bei unterschiedlichen Frameraten und FHD

Hallo, ich habe mit meiner SL2 mal die unterschiedlichen Videoeinstellungen durchprobiert. Wie beim Fotografieren mit RAW möchte ich mich von beginn an mit L-LOG beschäftigen.

Jetzt habe ein paar Eigenarten festgestellt, die ich hier gerne mal überprüfen möchte.

Der L-Log geht bei mir unter MOV bei 4K C4K und 5K mit einer Framerate von max. 24,25 und 29. Sobald ich schnellere Frameraten wähle möchte die Kamera auf HDMI wechseln. Und in mp4 bzw. FHD unter MOV kann ich L-Log gar nicht nutzen. Ist das so richtig?

Kann man L-LOG nur mit MOV nutzen? Und ist ab schnellere Frameraten ende wenn man nur eine SD Karte hat und keine externe Festplatte?
