CL with Summarit 50

Hello,

This is my first post on this forum to apologies if this post is in the wrong section.

When using the Summarit 50 (2.4) on my CL I appear to be getting strange artefacts in the images. This only appears to be happening when there is a bright light source in the image.
At first I thought it was the uv filter causing this so I removed it and I still get the same results.

I have attached an image and it would be great if anyone could shed some light on what I’m seeing..the area of concern isn’t the lens flare on the right but the red dots which appear in a grid pattern on the left of the image. I don’t remember seeing this on other lenses / cameras. (This image is just as an example)

Thanks in advance,

Josh

Yep, use a 000 Phillips screwdriver to open up the camera to get the film in. You'll have to peel the leatherette off to split the body shell.

Just shoot film. No weird bayer filter reflections. 😉
