Abandoned Buildings (can be continued)

This pictures shows a connection bridge between the International Congress Centrum Berlin (ICC Berlin) and the fairground on the other side of the street. The ICC was one of the largest congress centers in the world and was opened in 1979 in Berlin, Germany. One visible feature is the aluminum facade.

It is one of the largest and most expensive buildings in Germany and was the most expensive in West Berlin. The structure is now considered to be technically worn out. The Messegesellschaft Berlin as the owner has no interest in continuing to operate, as the operating costs exceed the income from events.
