Not sure what to say... the feet of the young lads are awash in red light. How can you possibly expect accurate skin tone?  In such an extreme situation, if you're not going to eyedropper the WB in post then shoot a gray card and ether adjust in camera or apply in post.

If you are under-exposing the main subject so much how do you imagine WB can compensate?  With those changing lighting conditions of exposing for back lighting there is nothing the camera can do, only the photographers knowledge can kick in to compensate. It seems you you think the M10R is a 'miracle camera', it isn't.
