It took him 2 weeks, and ge ran a new production line to get me this color. For $10 extra it had the handgrip bump. The strap was included. Both are from Italy. 1) Luigi cases - old school web site, but I can understand that since I imagine he is probably a photographer and artisan, not a web developer. I've had very friendly discussions with him over email when discussing about possible options and paid via Paypal without any issues.
