albertospa Posted July 1, 2020 Share #1 Posted July 1, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I should attach a +1.5 dioptric correction lens to the viewfinder of my M10. I would like some advice whether to apply the lens I used on the M9 with the adapter, or to buy the new lens for M10, much more expensive. Can anyone tell me about their experience? I apologize if maybe you have already covered this topic in the past. Thank you
Advertisement Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Hi albertospa, Take a look here M10 dioptric correction lens. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Boojay Posted July 1, 2020 Share #2 Posted July 1, 2020 If you need the diopter then it would be false economy to use the old style one - you would lose the advance in the size of the viewfinder bought by the M10. I know it seems expensive but bear in mind the adaptor has a cost. Only reason for the adaptor would be if you use one of the magnifiers which has no alternative at the moment.
Peter Kilmister Posted July 1, 2020 Share #3 Posted July 1, 2020 As @Boojay says, buy a new dioptre. You can always sell your M9 dioptre. Some dealers might do a part-exchange deal.
