I've had this before with my Nokton 50mm f/1.5 ASPH. ... and to a lesser degree on my now sold Ultron 35mm. The machining of the recess into which the locking pin clicks, is sometimes not de-burred properly. 

Have a close look at the edges of the cut out on the lens mount. See my high res images attached, and if it looks to have rough edges like mine, use a demurring tool, or a fine needle file. Or a small flat-head screwdriver with a sharp edged but very hard tip. Gently rub off the burr on the top and side.

Well shoot… I should have done this than sell the 28 Ultron II for the Elmarit ASPH!! Haha
