Open thread: Self-portraits

Due to a few lovely self-portraits in other threads, the current lock-down situation for most of us and encouragement from Henry Taylor & Stuny, I here launch the self-portraits thread. Perhaps we will recognize each other when we meet now!

Normal forum rules apply (Leica camera and/or lens). Someone else can be in the photo, but you you have to be an important subject and the photo has to be taken by you.

Get your tripods or mirrors out!

Put as many up as you like.

Not a very good first attempt into a mirror . . . but a great idea for a thread! Growing a ("Dan Bachmann") beard with all this time on my hands. Rob

I hope barber shops are  opening soon in Fort Lauderdale. My friend Rob seems to need a hair cut! 😂😉

As for myself, I don't have his nice hair, but still wear a hat to hide the mess! ;)

Louis,  Thanks.  Regrettably,  I find more and more of it is missing daily. Glad to see you out and about. Stay safe.  Regards, Rob

I set this one up on a tripod since my publisher needed a back cover photo for my second book (Leaving East Keester, a humorous novel)

Very nice.  Well done.  Regards, Rob

I did this one for a press thingy......taken with the Leica app off the iPhone held in my hand. Used the SL with the .95 open but didn’t get the focus quite right which may be of benefit to all.
