TL - right wheel locked with M lens?

I must be dumb - this is the first camera that really has me stumped without the manual .. How do I set the shutter speed with an M lens mounted? The right wheel is locked...

in M mode, select the icon for the right wheel then select from the menu ?

its not highlighting it when u gently turn the right wheel ? are you using the Leica adapter?

Yes, I am using the Leica adapter.  I solved it by doing a complete reset. I still cannot figure out how somebody at the shop messed it up.

I had a random instance of the right wheel being locked recently. Was doing my head in then I long-pressed the padlock icon on the touchscreen. All sorted, but along with swiping for video it’s another quirk of the firmware I find more complicated than is necessary.

Umm The f-stop is set on  the lens.

Of course my mistake. I meant shutter speed, of course.☺️😂

I don't sit with my camera now. But you can choose more things for the wheel.

Same thing keeps happening with my CL while using TL and M lenses. I shoot in M mode and next second I turn on  my camera Right wheel locks. I always have to play with it few moments to fix it, which is a pain...

Not a problem on my CL. I have a manual user profile.
