luigi bertolotti Posted August 8, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted August 8, 2007 Does the second version have a removable lens head for viso use? Â If you define "2nd version" the one with E46 filter, it does not have removable head. But the "1st version" E39 has really 2 variants about focus ring finishing, and both have removable head. doubice Posted August 8, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted August 8, 2007 Thank you for this info; wrt the first version second variant how can it be identified?? Â First and secon versions look identical, have a removable lens head, accept a clip-on lens hood and take 39mm filters. The first version has a 'scalloped' focusing mount, the second version's focusing mount is finely ribbed. Â The third version has the same optical design but have a built-in telescoping lens hood. The lens unit of this lens cannot be used on the Visoflex. Â Best, Â Jan
Guest liesevolvo Posted August 8, 2007 Share #5 Â Posted August 8, 2007 The 'first version of the first version' has (sometimes) an additional ring around the backside of the removed head. This must (and can be easily) removed when using the head on a Visoflex or bellows. Â Leonard Liese, Cologne/Germany
