wlaidlaw Posted February 5, 2020 Share #21 Posted February 5, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have to admit I have never succeeded in selling anything via the classifieds on the forum. I don't think my pricing was out of line as I later got more on eBay than I had advertised on the forum. I tend to sell by either part ex or commission usually via Ffordes in Scotland. I always feel their pricing is very fair. I suspect I will do the same as and when the M10-R I have gone on the waiting list from them arrives and send them my M9 and M240. Pete. Max fee is $250 With a store versus $750 without a store.

I’ve listed two items and received no bites. sold both Items within 5 days on eBay at higher prices to account for eBay fees.

Wilson Same here too, I listed a 35 Summaron in very nice condition and boxed, at a time when there were lots of threads saying how great they were. I listed for less than they typically sold for on ebay and just had a lot of timewaster questions and lowball offers. It's good to support the forum of course, but I'm not sure the format of the buy/sell section is right.

ravinj Posted February 7, 2020 Share #26 Posted February 7, 2020 I had some success with getdpi.com both as a buyer and seller. It is free. Amazon marketplace is another avenue, but fee based obviously.
