Personally, I don't get the M10-D. But that's me. I say that as an M10 owner on the waiting list for the new M10 Monochrom. :)

However, I wish you good luck and lots of great photography with your new camera. It's great that Leica offers choices to die hard fans.

Regards,
Bud James

I went for the P, not the D!

Or maybe I didn't.... guess I'll see when it arrives!

May I ask what you had in your glass ? I want to make sure I avoid any beverage leading to order any other M camera overnight, the hangover starting with the banker's early morning call.

Not so much a case of what - more how much. Unable to say no to my friend topping up my glass repeatedly over dinner didn't help.

Will you keep any of your other Leicas @bandrews?  Look forward to seeing a pic!

Definitely keeping the CL but not sure about the Q....

I love it but I don’t see the point in keeping things I won’t use. Think I’ll wait to see what gets used most once the novelty of the M has worn off.

Wise move: the Q is a keeper IMHO

I decided to sell the Q so it's up on the bay. I find the image quality from my CL comparable and between the CL and M with the TL 23mm & 35mm and M 28mm and 35mm I've got all my favourite focal lengths covered - but I will miss the macro setting.

My bad! I was drunk when I read your post (just kidding).

I love my M10 converted to an M10P. The quiet shutter is really quiet.
