ISO Invariant sensor in M10M ?

With such a wide ISO range available, is there any indication yet if the M10M’s 40Mpixel sensor has an analog gain switch at some ISO point or if it is an ISO-less design with all gain after digitization.

This could effect how best to set exposure and approach post processing.
