How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

with 50mm APO-Summicron-M.  For me, these are typical stay-at-home type of photos.  In our neighborhood there is fairly considerate social distancing... in some neighborhoods in town, not as much.  One neighborhood I rode through on a bike and on reaching home immediately washed my clothes.

Kangaroo leather? This reminds me of my early teens when I learned to use a stock whip. The crack was really startling when done properly. Beautiful tones, as with your other M10M image posts.

Hi Brent,

The whip on the left  is homemade of kangaroo hide and has seen a lot of use, the other probably qualifies as an antique by now, it's of fine cowhide

and was made for my father around 1920 and apparently not much used, it may not have had a satisfactory "crack", whips are very personal things!

I'm most impressed that you can use one.
