I tried messing about with this in Photoshop, using itself and its inverse as masks for 3 color layers, a reddish black for the darks, yellow tan for the lights, and a little bit of transparent white on the highlights. Not all layers were fully opaque, and the base layer was the B&W image. A roundabout duotone? I was inspired by folks using monochroms to make color pictures, shooting through filters.

M10M with an old Olympus OM 50mm Macro lens. I just got in the adapter, and am smiling to resurrect a couple of old lenses.

This is a balsa model that my father made in the early 1930s. The struts to the skis are sewing pins.

Photowalk today while still trying to use social distancing. Colorado Springs - Pikes Peak in the distance, Garden of the Gods, Colorado College Campus and the Fine Arts Center, Leica M10M, 35 Summilux f/1.4 FLE, ISO 400, handheld.
