Thanks :)  In essence, yes.  Import into LR Classic, click 'Auto', adjust sliders to taste and when happy export into PS to resize to 2480px and add drop shadow + white frame.  Seems to work for me. :)

Not exactly a lovely photo but a nice moment.  With 135mm APO-Telyt-M, f/5.6, 1/1000, ISO 200.  I grabbed my camera but wasn't quite ready when they jumped.
