This could have been posted in "view through older glass"

This is a 135mm 2.8. 1970 Canadian Elmarit on an M10M and can also address the question, can older lenses work ok with modern cameras.

This is a triptych from a panorama which is designed to be 10 feet across. Basically three 42"x42" square panels printed on aluminum.

The cropped version is to show life sized resolution with this old lens.

It will be installed in a conference room of the building in Clayton, MO that from the roof has this view, but the conference room is on the interior and has no windows.

ISO 160,  f5.6., 1/2000, no filter, SilverEfx, handheld, five vertical shots merged into a panorama and then converted to a Triptych.

The biggest challenge is having a cool enough day that hot air waves don't distort the view. The skyline is nine miles away.

Very nice image. Images taken with apo 50 should come with a warning to wear gloves while viewing due to sharpness.

Great shot eawriter

The M10M has a tendency to pick up light around roof areas in bright light, maybe higher frequencies of light? Sometimes it translates as a kind of halo in the raw file and sometimes a barely visible dark halo area. This image has a natural looking glow which is hard to achieve when masking in PS
