winder ?

It is used to pass the film and load the shutter. But it is a bit awkward to use, because the lever is not always in the same position. Because it doesn't have a recoil spring.

My post seems to have disappeared, but your comment on it has not. Another curiosity?

Now it has reappeared. A third curiosity?

An Old Delft lens. Super! I had one in 1961.

The rangefinder filter is in red too.

Oh hum... this gives a certain odd flavor to the whole picture.... 😉  (when one masters digital imaging.... 😉)

Perhaps you should try to make more than three photos with your film. 😉

And what about this very simple and efficient system, the "Tech Photo Rapid Advance Lever for Leica" I used for several years on a Leica IIIf ?

I fully agree with you, jankap : Oude Delft (or Old Delft) Dutch lenses for Leica were  "super". I had three, and used them quite a lot with excelent results. The photos from my archives were already published, but may interest some members. A seldom quoted curiosity : the tele Old Delft 5/40cmm had a Leitz code TDLCA, at least in some catalogs (the one reproduced is from the Belgian importer).

      Hallo zusammen,
