Two possibilities: You are right-handed and have purchased a left-handed camera or you mounted the SD card the wrong way around.

Seriously: I have never heard of such a problem and I can only call it weird. I can only speculate that the firmware is corrupted. Contact Leica and ask for advice

I tried by taking out sd card and use cable. But I saw that they are still reserved 😁

Do you have a computer you can use to look at the images?  If you open in photoshop or a similar program that should tell you.  There is something in the camera that monitors the orientation and writes that info into the files.  If that was malfunctioning you might have this problem, but if the shots are displaying normally on the camera back, that is probably not the case.  Try a computer instead of your ipad and you should know for sure.

I tried many times: reset camera, format/change SD card, take out photos from computer, move SD card to another camera (photos not reversed) and find that this error issued by Leica M10 😢

Very strange behaviour. I recall having read about incorrect rotation information being applied to images, but not getting a mirrored image, as I understand you are experiencing.

The orientation tag in DNG metadata can actually be set to a value that indicates a mirrored image, which is then reversed in the rendering software. But why would camera firmware set this value??? Because of a faulty orientation sensor? But this would explain why the DNG is reversed and the JPG preview is not.

I hope this is fault of firmware but can not re-upgrade. I sent email to Leica Customer Services center but not receive reply yet.
