Leica website shows the SL2 in stock, but it's anyone's guess whether someone is there to ship one out?

The online store is still functioning.  Same as some operations like Leica Miami, which closed down its retail store, but maintains online (and phone) support.

The Leica Q3 is available for pre-order at B&H Photo Video and Adorama

Even the stores in my region seem to be open since April 20 again. Sending equipment via mail did work all the time. So I see no problem to get SL2 cameras and lenses. (Even a lot available in store, like the latest SL lenses.)

I just heard from Leica USA that they have SL2s in stock.  Perhaps the factory is open again.

One thing, which would me really interest is, how many SL2s have been already app.  produced. 1000, 5000 or less ? But we will never know. because Leica would not disclose this figure for sure. Only figure we could find out, how many persons have already one in this forum. Mine can be already be counted. Perhaps it would be possible to make a survey with a counting possibility.

Got mine early June from a US dealer, after a 5 month wait. Could not switch because I traded in some Medium Format gear. Very happy with the SL2 so far.

I purchased one about two weeks ago directly from a Leica Store.  No waiting for stock and it shipped the same day.  It is my go to system with M lenses using the Leica L-M adapter.

Well here in Sweden it seems to be a complete drought, I ordered mine in February and I am still waiting. I'm not even first in line, my dealer suspects it won't be until autumn before I get mine 🙁

Well only a week after I posted this I got a mail from my dealer saying that he has received a number of SL2 so only a few days more before I can start enjoying this camera

I think they are easy to find. You might start looking to avoid the sales tax.

Popflash even has preowned ones if someone is after a deal, 5400$ with the thumbs grip

I am in London UK, I have just bought my SL2 but I have been waiting six weeks for my 24 / 90 zoom.

The lens does not seem to be available.

Is anyone else having this problem?
