HELP! switched lenses w/ liveview ON, EVF stopped working

I was stupid enough to take the 35 Lux off to swap with 50 Lux and kept the live view and cam on. EVF was on the cam. When I tried to use the EVF, it would not work. Please help!!!

It was a momentary mistake, I'm sure many of you have done it. EVF can't just break because of that...

It was a momentary mistake, I'm sure many of you have done it. EVF can't just break because of that...

I would leave a lens on the camera..Fully Charge the battery then go thru the Menu and do a RESET.. If that fails, leave the battery out overnight, after that it's probably back to the mothership.....L

Usually it's the contacts being annoying so taking the EVF off and putting it back on normally sorts it out.  Sometimes it needs a gentle 'squiggle' back and forth once it's in place too.
