How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Hey all,

Not new to Leica, but have not picked up the SL 2 yet, trying to make my decision on the investment.  Everyone's images are very impressive though.

Wanted to ask though, does anyone have experience with the SL 2 and Profoto strobes?  How do you trigger them, etc.  TTL, High Speed Sync, etc?

I am having trouble finding information / videos about use of the SL 2 and strobes...

Perfect, all manual here...just trying to find answers is difficult.  Really appreciate your quick response.  I have used HSS for various projects in the past, so it is extremely helpful to have but there are other ways to capture same effect.  So really appreciate you.

So for new purchase of the SL 2, any "first lens" recommendations?

Scott, this is not a question that can be answered easily not knowing your background and your plans what you want to shoot and your budget. There’s no shortage of options. Take your time to decide. Read up on posts in this forum.
