the reverse way [which i tried on some files before] is kind ofeasier to understand:

 

to DELETE integrated lens info from the DNG>>

perhaps you can query a DNG of an image shot [from another camera] with the lens you want to add the data from...and add that opcode value to the DNG shot with the FP+that same lens.
