Thanks Viv!

What do you mean with outside the frame on the left?
Is this a question or you like the out of focus of the road?

Chris

The excellent composition raises the question in my mind. That's all.

This is not my normal style, but there's something that keeps drawing me back to have another look at this one, perhaps the moody evening sky, or the texture of the bush, lit just from a street light, it seems kind of melancholy to me.

Short overnight, first time bikepacking with the Q2. I usually bring my OMD-EM1 with a fisheye for night shots, but this worked well.

Nice shots. How did you take the action shot - was there a second rider ?

Thanks! I hate to divulge my secret super power, but if I must. I carry a RRS TFA-01 tripod for taking selfies.

Good choice - I have the older version of that tripod with the BC-18 head.

That means you used the 12s timer and rand back to your bike. It was an action shot!
Nice composition with the sun star.

Nice composition with the sun star.

I use the interval timer set to 20s and have it take 5 shots. The self timer only focusses at time of shutter press so they all end up out of focus for this type of shot.
