In my opinion, the M8 is the best B&W digital out there.

 

We certainly agree... I think the IR leak is a BENEFIT to the B&W conversion, making the M8 file closer to the spectral response of traditional B&W films -- at least it behaves that way

I think it is second to the DMR which i consider the best of any ones period. In my book there is not a camera in 35mm that comes close to the DMR in color and the M8 is getting really close to matching it.
