I also bought a load from Amazon (I think) 3 or 4 years ago and have had some of them deep frozen ever since in case D2-compatible batteries become unavailable so none available from me sorry.

They're Chinese third party batteries called "OTB Original" or "vhbw" and are labelled "For CGR-S602E".  They're Li-Ion 7.2V 1200 mAh 8.6 Wh.

Looks like they're still available from Amazon through this link.
