They are not. I have more pictures of Visoflex and Bellows than pictures taken with them.

I now use a M10 with a Micro-Nikkor 55mm and a EVF Visoflex. Far better.

Yes : I use a lot the Novoflex LEM/VIS on my M240 : longer than the OUFRO , well made (same length of the VIso2/3, so the perfect adapter for long Telyts too)

90 Macro Elmar would be my vote. The first version and adapter are designed for non live view cameras. You can find them for a reasonable price used (for Leica) at KEH or LensAuthority. The latter has the macro adapter separate, the former has a cheap one and one in better shape. Great lens. I use the adapter only sometimes; the lens by itself gets reasonably close and is a great travel 90.
