gmiliotis Posted July 7, 2019 Share #1 Posted July 7, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Does anyone have any hints/pointers/links showing how to post process Leica X2 dng files please. I like the jpgs from the X2 and I try to get as close as possible from my dngs (using lightroom) but I have failed. If you guys can offer any help it will be appreciated. Many thanks

Chuck Walker Posted July 20, 2019 Share #2 Posted July 20, 2019 Hi gmiliotis, Which photo processor did you choose for post processing?
gmiliotis Posted July 25, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted July 25, 2019 I use lightroom and sometimes I do haze removal in Affinity photo and DxO Photolab (i dont like LR's haze removal tool). Photolab though doesnt read the dng files straight out of the X2 hence I tend to avoid this...
Chuck Walker Posted July 25, 2019 Share #4 Posted July 25, 2019 Youtube search: Lightroom workflow DNG files. lots of tutorials available. What is it that you don't like about Lightroom dehaze? C
gmiliotis Posted July 26, 2019 Author Share #5 Posted July 26, 2019 Thanks! I personally find Photolab's and Affinity photo's dehaze tool a lot more delicate and realistic than LR's
