Mark,

What a lovely portrait and a remarkable brave lady! It never ceases to amaze me how much fortitude people have in the face of their illnesses. I see stories like this every week in my job as a cancer surgeon and feel humbled every time I see my patients.

Good luck to both of you

Charlie
