How to develop for inbetween ISO values that i cant find on Massive Dev?

If (according to the massive dev chart) normal development is 11 minutes, pull 1 stop is minus 3 minutes, and pull 2 stops is minus 4.5 minutes, drawing a rough curve would suggest approx. minus 3 minutes and 45 secs.  I take the published figures as just approximations anyway.

Why?

if you want to lower the contrast of the negatives by overexposing them and under developing then do so, but if not try a softer slower working developer or a slower film.

my friend does rate his Delta 400 film at 200 and reduces the developing time to compensate and produces fine exhibition prints, as he has for 50+ years.

Some of his pictures can be found here http://johnbracey.greatyarmouthphotographic.co.uk/index.html
