vk2109 Posted May 27, 2019 Share #1 Posted May 27, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi I have just came back from a trip where i used my Q2 for the first time massively and when i am importing the color are just becoming totally off. I tried the trial of Lightroom CC Classic and it definitely can show the right color. See below screenshots. There were no adjustment made at all in all case. Anyone having similar color issue with the perpetual version of Lightroom ? Many thanks Welcome, dear visitor! kopuschen Posted September 18, 2019 Share #3 Posted September 18, 2019 I also have the perpetual version 6.14 and I too noticed the red hue problem (mostly for lips). I also noticed some patching pattern under shadow. While one can create a color checker based profile, it also neutralizes the Leica "color science"... jaapv Posted September 18, 2019 Share #4 Posted September 18, 2019 Leica "colour science", whatever that may be, is mainly the choice of the sensor filter stack.
dancook Posted September 18, 2019 Share #5 Posted September 18, 2019 (edited) When I got the Q2 days after launch I saw a problem with reds being pink, greens and yellows being overly vibrant. And yes it was because I hadn’t updated lightroom old thread I see so not sure what I’m replying to really Edited September 18, 2019 by dancook
dusuacangmong Posted September 18, 2019 Share #6 Posted September 18, 2019 I found that not only Leica have problem with "red" tone, other camera have the same issue. Some guys tell that you need to -20 on the red
