The Leica TL 18mm and the TL 11/23 are both AF.  The 11/23 is very highly regarded.

Voigtlander also has a 10mm and 12mm and 15mm option, all of which are well thought of and reasonably priced.  Must use M adapter to L lens mount.

You can pick up the 18mm used very reasonably. I find it to be an excellent lens and very compact. No adapter required.....!

My favorite ultra wide angle that I use on the CL is the Super-Elmar-R 15mm f/3.5. Big, heavy, expensive, and rare ... but focusing to about 6 inches, superbly crisp and easy to focus everywhere, and excellent handling despite its size and weight. It nets about a 22mm eqFOV in FF terms. A superb lens.

I'm using a Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 with a Nikon adapter. Was always an excellent lens on my Nikon, below a picture from Washington DC. Crowded Cherry Blossom weekend so there was no chance to lose the people. Kind of big compared to my other lenses.

Here's a sample photo from a walk downtown ...
