I recently had my CL with 23 mm and vario 55-135.

Not very skilled with moving subjects but wanted to know if on moving subjects you need to use both options for best results or just of of the two options.

Im trying both but really not sure about it.

maybe it is quite obvious for you but I prefer to clear my doubts.

The Manual really say not much for me.

Yes, use both.  AFc will continually update the focus as you hold half press.  AFs will not.  Focus will remain where it was when you half pressed.

I tried this today in both afc and afs... both behave the same when tracking is turned on.

I find AFC and tracking work much more fluidly than AFS on erratically moving subjects.
