tommonego@gmail.com Posted March 8, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 8, 2019 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I had a 40mm Macro-Kilar for my Canon F1s, was disappointing on a full frame as it had falloff in the corners of the frame at infinity, close focus was OK, but it was easier to use the 50 Canon macro. So found this lens in a closet, had forgotten about it, had a Canon FD to Leica screw mount adaptor so I hooked it up to the CL (add 2 M adaptors). Was doing some non critical copy work and it worked fine on the CL. The combination worked fine, the copies looked really nice, sharp no lighting falloff. Was also interesting using the FOTOS ap as a remote release, since putting on firmware 2.1 the ap has worked for me. Tom Welcome, dear visitor!
