LocalHero1953 Posted February 26, 2019 Share #2 Posted February 26, 2019 I think it's the number of images you can still save on the SD card - and I don't think it counts above 1k!
dau Posted February 26, 2019 Share #3 Posted February 26, 2019 Remaining space on the card; the number is an approximation of the number of pictures which will fit.

LocalHero1953 Posted February 26, 2019 Share #5 Posted February 26, 2019 Check the manual. I don't think you can customise the info. You can toggle between info and no info, but not break it down.

tommonego@gmail.com Posted March 4, 2019 Share #7 Posted March 4, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've been having minor issues with my 64gb San Disk cards one this weekend locked at 124 images. So after reading this I look at the finder or the screen and ther 32 (I have) 33 seems to be the buffer writing to the card. After you get down to 1 or 0 the shooting rate slows down, though you can keep going if you are holding the shutter down, if you lift your finger off the shutter the camera demands a little time to regenerate the buffer. Experimental evidence, have never found a full manual on the CL. Tom

If you contact Leica with your camera serial number, they will send you a hard copy.

Tom Go to http://us.leica-camera.com/Service-Support/Support/Downloads?category=135943&subcategory=145886&type=93705&language=all All the CL Quick Start and full instruction manuals are downloadable from there. Pick the language you want, download it, have it printed if you so desire. There are services that will print and bind for you if you want a printed instruction manual. I leave it as a PDF in Books on my iPad, and annotate/bookmark it with my notes and frequently used references. As Petercoll says, talk to your dealer with your camera serial number and Leica can send you a hard copy too. I find the PDF far more useful.
