Technically it is not possible for the apsc lens to project in full frame I believe. If it were possible to override this, every SL owner would be buying up the TL lens stock and there would be a worse shortage of TL lens than there already is....!😂

Taking a trip to Germany (Munich) next week for business. I will only have one day or slightly less for sight-seeing.

I'm taking along my CL and 11-23, 55-135 and was either going to take the either 18-56 or my 23 prime.

I've been looking for a super-clean 35 1.4 TL 'Lux' for a while as I was trying to avoid spending $2495 for a new one.

I figured that if I found one prior to my trip, I would take the wide zoom, the tele zoom and the 35 1.4 Lux and just leave the 18-56 and 23 at home.

I just found and ordered a like-new (Demo) 35 1.4 TL Summilux yesterday for under $2k from B+H. Not too bad, perhaps it still is under warranty?

Is this choice of lenses like a good plan to take with me?

Congratulations Brad for the 35 1,4, it is excellent!

My Choice for Munich  could be the same as yours😊
