Does anyone know if a Leica UVa filter will be ok on the 11-23 T lens, or will it vignette.  ?

I tend to bin lens caps and put Leica UVa filters on but not had such a wide angle before

Thanks in advance folks

John

Don't know about the Leica-branded filter, but a B&W XS-Pro works fine without any vignetting.

I prefer B+W 007 protective filters, as they are stronger,  thinner  thus  less aberrations and Nano-coated AKA easy to keep clean.

UVA filters are not designed to protect, but to filter UVA.

BTW, Leica filters are not made by Leica, but bought and branded.
